Part 9 - The Sealed Cave to getting the Magical Airship

The first thing you need to do is go to Giott Castle.
The king explains that getting the last crystal is their only hope against Golbeze.
He points you off into the right direction of the cave and pulls the key to the cave out of the necklace belonging to Luccia.
Of course though, if you try to fly the airship, you'll notice that you can't fly over the lava, proving it to be quite useless. But one of the guys in the main hall talked about someone in the medical room. So head downstairs and there's Cid! He's quite alright and he fixes up the airship so it can fly over the lava. Go to the Fat Chocobo and dump all your useless items there.
Fly southwest of the castle until you reach here. To the south is a town, where you can get a bunch of free stuff. Now might be a good time to build up your levels and go to the land of the summon monsters (secrets section) because the boss in this part proves to be especially difficult. Next go into the cave surrounded by rock.
When you reach the door, just use the key that the king gave to you...
Inside for now, run away from everything. If you are on an emulator with quick save, it's a pretty good idea to save after each one of these doors. Every door you open will attack you. You want it to attack Rosa or Rydia but if it hits anyone else Revive them quickly. Jump and attack, if you don't kill it fast enough it will turn into either a ChmraBrain (middle) or Y. Dragon (right). The Y. Dragon is simple but the ChmraBrain is hard. The only magic you use on it is Ramuh I believe. Attack it and it should die down, but it can do some massive damage. After you win, you get 10,000 experience! And you fight these guys like 15 times.
When you come to six doors in a row, go to the 5th one first because it is a save. When you get to the end of the cave, you find the last crystal.
But when you leave, the walls start to close in....not very good.
This is by far the hardest battle you will face. If you have Leviathan however, it will be much easier. This wall has been pumped up for the translated version so expect a harder battle. Have Edge throw the everything you have. He should be able to dart a hellwind, a shurukin and a light sword, that's it. Have Cain jump, and have Rydia cast Leviathan constantly (Titan if you don't have it). Have Rosa cast Cure 3 on everyone or the first time berserk Cain and after Edge has thrown everything, zerk him to. When he starts coming closer and killing you instantly don't heal them, it's a waste of time (unless it's Rosa, in which case you should revive anyone). If you have difficulties make sure you are at for Cain, lv 40 (that's how i judge everyone, by Cain).
When you leave you find that you can't cast Telep so just go back up running from everything. Before you get to the top de-equip Cain. The party has never held a crystal for more than 5 seconds so why should it start now? Golbeze tells Cain to come to him. The party calms him and he assures everyone he's ok.
Of course Cain likes to screw with the party every chance he gets so he steals the crystal and hi tails off. Go back to the back entrance of Giott Castle and heal yourself.
When you go back to the king, he tells you of a mysterious ship and says the legend.
Cecil recognizes it as the Mysidia legend. The king wants Cecil to go back up, but there isn't any way up.
But Cid the Almighty heads your call. He can attach a drill so you can reach the surface.
Blah Blah, fool with the airship, make Edge do all the work...
Go to the northeast part of the map and that little black whole where you came from, try and land right there and it will blast through to the overworld.
Go to Mysidia and the elder will meet you at the entrance. He and a bunch of other guys pray for you and for the Magical Ship. The screen flashes, and the prayer has been answered...
A huge ship rises out of the ocean....
You have now received your third and final airship. But this one can do something special, go to the Moon. The elder talks about a voice and Cecil remembers that voice when he became a Paladin. Now would be a good time if you haven't already to go get Leviathan and Ashura, and get Excalibur, the second strongest sword in the game. (secrets section) You may now go to the moon on command by touching that crystal in the center of the ship. This ship comes complete with free resting, and the Fat Chocobo.
