Mognet Central Very early in the game, you will be asked to start delivering mail for Mognet, which is not functioning properly.  Mognet can be checked at save moogles (except for the one on the world map).  Some moogles will ask you to deliver letters for them, and some will have letters for you.  You should always check Mognet when you see a save moogle.  Be sure to deliver the letters to the appropriate moogles when you encounter them, because you cannot hold more than three letters at any given time.

Late in the game, with the aid of a chocobo, you will be able to go to Mognet Central and speak to the moogles there.  Throughout the game, hints that have been dropped indicate that a moogle named Artemicion is responsible for Mognet's temporary service outage.  Speak to Artemicion when you reach Mognet Central.  To repair Mognet, you will have to revisit several moogles.

Go to Alexandria and talk to Kupo in the bell tower.  He will give you a letter for Atla.  Go to Burmecia and deliver the letter to Atla, and pick up a letter for Mogryo.  You can find Mogryo in the Black Mage Village, and you will be given a letter for Kumool.  Take a trip back to Ipsen's Castle and deliver Kumool's letter, receiving one for Mois.  You will have to go to Qu's Marsh and the entrance to Fossil Roo to find Mois, who will give you a letter for Noggy.  Noggy can be found in Daguerreo, and will have a letter for Kupo.  Okay, that will close the circle.  Take the last letter back to Kupo in Alexandria. You brought it

Regret You will then need to speak to Ruby in the Mini-Theater.  She will give you Superslick, the mysterious item that will fix the gears of Mognet Central.  Take the Superslick to Artemicion, who will be very relieved, and will give you a Protect Ring.  Don't be downhearted that you have spent so much time in pursuit of a hard-to-find hair care product.  The point is that you have saved the mail!
